Our approach

We use the Sedex Smeta Social Responsibility standards system to guide us. Our Social Responsibility Commitment describes our approach and we report annually on our achievements.

Forced labor: Prohibit the use of forced or compulsory labor, ensuring that workers work voluntarily and without compulsion.
Freedom of association: Respect the freedom of workers to establish and join trade unions of their choice, according to collective agreements.
Health and safety: Ensure a clean and safe working environment, eliminating potential hazards that can affect workers' health.
Prohibit the use of child labor, ensure safe working conditions for workers.
Ensure payment of wages and social benefits to employees in accordance with the provisions of law and ensure enough to meet the basic needs of employees.
Limit the working time of employees, do not work more than 48 hours/week and ensure a minimum rest time of 1 day per working week.
Commit to not discriminating against employees based on any personal factors such as race, religion, gender or age.
Provide stable and reliable work opportunities for workers, ensuring they do not face unexpected job loss.
Ensure compliance with regulations on right to work, environmental protection and promotion of ethical principles in the production and business environment.
It is strictly forbidden to use any form of discipline that causes physical or mental harm.

Responding to the call of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the launching ceremony of the COVID-19 vaccine fund: The COVID-19 vaccine fund is also a fund of compassion, the spirit of solidarity, faith, connecting hearts together, we will overcome difficulties and challenges, create a won Vietnam to once again register and write the history of the nation's glorious victory – the victory over the COVID-19 pandemic, the company donated 600 million VND to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province.

Facing the complicated situation of the COVID-19 epidemic, along with the efforts of the entire Party and people, in the past few days, many volunteer activities associated with the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic have continued to be carried out in Vietnam. To continue the volunteer journey, in June 2021, our company also responded to the movement through different events:

Giving 200 gifts to households in Mao Dien and Nguyet Duc communes, Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province to help share a part of the community burden, leaving no one behind.

Our company donated 1000 sets of epidemic prevention clothes (level 4) to the frontline of COVID-19 prevention and control at Thuan Thanh Medical Center; Tu Son Town Health Center - Bac Ninh Province and Bac Ninh Province CDC.
